Hickory Stick BBQ was founded in 1976 by Johnnie A. Jones and family.  Johnnie and his son Mark worked hand in hand to create and master the technique of quality smoked meats and his master creation we like to call our "secret sauce".  Mark's mom, Mary, still makes the homemade desserts daily. His daughter, Cindy ran the cash register way back then.  It was a family affair.  Today, Hickory Stick BBQ is still family owned and operated by Johnnie's son, Mark Jones.  He continually perfects his cooking skills to produce the quality smoked meats served today. 

Hickory Stick Bar-B-Que is all about making our customers feel  like family and friends.  Come down to the stick early in the morning to help our coffee drinkers solve the problems of the world.  Or come join us for lunch and dinner and we will make you feel right at home with our Texas size hospitality!!
